If your house is in danger of being foreclosed here are some hints on what to do:

1—stop paying your mortgage immediately, find as many people you can that are in the same situation and do research on who is the worst bedbug real estate lawyer around and hire him to represent all off you..  NO RETAINER..by the hour only.

2—The chances are no one ownes your mortgage.  This is how it works, the bank bundles and sells your mortgage the minute the ink is dry.  They sell most of these bundles to investors and take a small monthly handling fee on each mortgage.  They have to by law set up an insured secondary processing company as a defector mortgage owner.  This cost money so none of the greedy banks bothered NO ONE OWNES YOUR MORGAGE SO THEY CANNOT FORCLOSE ON YOU.   Now the banks are running a Ponzi scheme to keep paying interest to the investors because the investors will hit the banks for triple damages in hundreds of law suits across America if the interest on their investments are not coming in on schedule.  This is what our money Pres. Obama poured into the banks (bailout) was used for.

This is just my opinion, look into it, its fascinating what you cannot find on google.  I was trying to help someone I know who is in desperate finacial trouble because of unemployment when I stumbled on this information.

There is a crisis in the Middle East, As I write this Libya’s  dictater is murdering his citizens by the thousands. Gas prices are soaring for no reason except our president wants it that way to promote his energy agenda.  There is a Budget showdown in Congress.  We are suffering and our country is disinagrating and what does Pres. Obama and the Misses do, why they host a White House Conference of Bullying.

 What does being a bully mean, that one is intimidating, domineering, arogant and overbearing.  Now governor Scott of Wisconsin signed a bill in favor of us instead of the greedy unions and teachers.  The Democratic state senators ran and hid so they didn’t have to vote because they were in the minority.  The Republican majority passed the bill.  Now Pres. Obama and his Powers that be are recalling the election of the Republican state Senators.  He is going to show them what happens when you cross him,  as a warning to other states senators if they vote against Pres Obama’s agenda.  Pres. Obama orchestrated his henchman Nancy Pelosi into bullying the lame duck Congress into passing Obama Care without reading it. I wonder if we can recall Pres. Obama for lying, cheating, stealing and of course being the king of the bully’s and hypocrites.

To be a lawyer you have to lie, cheat and steal, they are all bedbugs.  It depends on how well you do your job what your rank on the bedbug chart is.  The ones on the lowest level are the just plane incompetent,  the next step up is the take your money and run (you know once you pay your retainer, you never hear from them again.)  Then come the outright thieves who know how the system works.  At the top of the heap is the bedbug lawyer who is all of the above and paints himself red with black spots and calls himself a ladybug.   Then there is the King who is a combination of all the above, the best of the best.  Their main goal is to fleece their clients out of whatever money they can get their hands on.  The secondary goal is power, you know  because of their position a Power that Be they cannot be touched.

Lets look at our government starting with our lawyer president and moving down through our lawyer Senate and House and on to governors etc. etc.

Disclaimer:  There may be exceptions to the above, however they definitely fall in the incompetent group.  In my long life I have dealt with over a hundred lawyers and am a sort of expert on this section of the human race.

Grandma can cook but cooking for one is not very fulfilling.  I would love to buy lean cuisine or treat myself to the real Stouffers dinners like I used to, but now because of health problems I cannot eat those delicaseys anymore (LOADED WITH SALT).  The Misses promised me she would get the salt out of the Supermarket frozen dinners. Promises not kept, should I Hope she Will Change things at Stouffers or just chalk this up to another empty promise.  Here I am eating whole grains and brown everything,  fresh vegetables and fruit while the misses stuffs her face with ribs.  NOT FAIR!

This is the process by which wages, hours, rules, and working conditions are negotiated and agreed upon by a union with an employer for all the employees collectively whom it represents.  Now my father was at the mercy of Otis Elevator before the employees formed a union and made their powers that be give them fair wages, benefits and decent working conditions.  After months and months of picketing they finally had a contract for 2 or 3 or 5 years to be negotiated at the end.  I remember many strikes but not as long as the first one.  When Otis Elevator finally said enough of this crap and moved to Mexico or China my father was long retired with a pension from Otis Elevator.  The other employees who had great wages, working conditions and benefits were unemployed.  This happened over and over again with other private sector companies.

The Unions came up with a better game plan, the public sector. This is how it works — Unionize all national, state and local public sector employees.  Make it almost impossible for them not to join the union.  Swell the coffers to overflowing with union dues and buy  politicians and elections like Pres. Obama (he is meeting as I write this with the unions on the Wisconsin teachers problem).  The purchasing of Politicians guarantee success in the Power and Greed of the Powers that be at the top eschelon of the unions.  If Governor Scott lets collective bargaining stand the unions will be there in full greed when the contract is up demanding all they gave up and more back.   The unions do not care if half their people are laid off because laid off workers do not vote for union leaders in union  elections.  Guess who gets to pay for all this?

THE GOVENOR OF WISCONSIN IS A HERO , WHEN ARE WE GOING TO BECOME HEROS?

Mr. Madoff made his first public statements this morning in an interview from jail.  Mr. Madoff thinks himself a victim and perhaps he is.  Unfortunately he is a Power that was, he is a bedbug.  Mr Madoff says he will survive in prison where he will spend the rest of his life.  I think he will, bedbugs survive, you can’t kill them, they just lay in wait for the next opportunity to suck our blood.  Bernie made an abscene amount of money from people who were greedy.  Money that is needed should not be gambled away that is for excess money even grandma knows this simple rule.  These people and organizations  are screaming for their money back.  Bernie blames the banks and hedge funds for looking the other way because they were making Billions off Bernie.  Mr. Madoff  lost his power, family, friends, money and will spend the rest of his life in prison.

Grandma blames CHISTOPHER COX and the greedy banks and hedge funds and all the other people who made huge profits along with Bernie.  Mr. Madoff is in jail and these other people are buying their next yacht.  Why isn’t Christopher Cox in jail?  Why aren’t, the people in charge of the banks and hedge funds made to return the money to the greedy lesser people who say they lost everything?   Is it that Jewish thing, you know blame the Jews for everything.  Now if Christopher Cox was named Coxstein he probably would be sharing a cell with Bernie.  And here we sit with our heads hurting wondering  if we are going to survive.

Charlie Sheen is an immoral, self important, indulgent person.  The Powers that Be are immoral, self important, self indugent people .  Charlie Sheen makes an obscene amount of money for what he does.  The Powers that be make an obscene amount of money for what they do.  Charlie Sheen blames everyone but himself for any negative result for his behavior.  Ditto for the Powers that Be.

This is where the comparison ends. Charlie Sheen shows up for work prepared to do his job.  He does his job well.  He provides employment for over a hundred people and makes obscene profits for his employer.  He makes us laugh and we enjoy his show.  Charlie Sheen is a Ladybug.  Now his Powers that Be shut him down, they do not approve of his private life, even though Charlie performs his job well.  

Our Powers that Be  do a lousey job, do not represent us, steal our money, lie to us, cheat us,  give our money,  jobs and future away and anything else they can think of to make us miserable.  Lets shut them down. They are BEDBUGS!!!!  We could march on Washington,  millions of us demanding as their employers they do their jobs or we shut them down.  We won’t but we could.

Sixty odd years ago my father, a drill press operator for Otis Elevator Co. in Yonkers NY was a union organizer.  I remember long strikes, my father walking the picket lines in the middle of winter, waiting on line at the union office for food and deplorable working conditions and salaries.  My dad and the rest of the men fighting for decent living conditions were heroes.

Fast forward—–The companies moved their operations to Mexico and China and anywhere else that you could hire someone for $8 a day or less.  The Unions became corrupt with organized crime affiliations, grand theft of funds and paying off the Powers that be like Pres. Obama. The unions operation moved from the private sector to the public sector.  They are now holding us hostage while we are drowning they are thriving demanding more and more.  They are BEDBUGS sucking our blood.  They fly and bus their members into any arena that are trying to survive them.  The only thing that may help us is to out mass, shout and last them with our disapproval of what they are doing to our well being.

A group of Muslim Youths got together in Egypt and said we don”t like the administration here lets see if we can get enough backing to change things.  Through the Internet and social networking they made a difference.  Then Our Pres. backed them and the academia and Hollywood types climbed on board and they won.  Now we lost a valuable Alli and Iran warboats   are patrolling the Suez Canal.

In Wisconsin  the governor had to do something about the excess spending he ask the federal employees and the teacher Unions to take a 8% pay cut (their average salary is over $80.000  a year) and pay a small portion of their health care.  They are revolting, picketing , our pres.  is egging them on and Jesse Jackson is on his way.  Why aren’t we in the streets by the millions demanding every Union Teacher be fired for greed and replaced with non union teachers that would help our 10% unemployment.
